Don Yardley – Co-Owner & Superintendent
Don brings over 35 years of experience in construction management, facility maintenance, and federal/state operations. After retiring from long tenures at the FAA and the State of Oklahoma, he launched Options Construction to fill a gap he saw in the market: reliable site supervision and project continuity for busy builders.

Cynthia Yardley – Co-Owner & Administrator
Cynthia keeps the operation running smoothly. As the administrative backbone of Options Construction Services, she manages scheduling, communications, records, and backend coordination so Don can stay focused on field operations.
With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for helping others succeed, Cynthia ensures each project is properly supported from office to jobsite.
